摘要
以聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)和聚乳酸(PLA)为主要原料,经双螺杆挤出机混合制得吹膜专用树脂,然后通过吹膜机制备出全生物降解PLA/PBC薄膜。采用材料试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)、酶降解性能和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对全生物降解薄膜进行了分析。结果表明,全生物降解PLA/PBC材料具有很好的相容性,随着PBC含量的增加,全生物降解PLA/PBC薄膜的降解性能逐渐提高,薄膜具有良好的热稳定性,PBC含量为30份时,薄膜的断裂伸长率提高到192.50%。
Using twin-screw extruder,a blend was prepared by mixing polylactic acid(PLA) and poly(butylene carbonate)(PBC),blown into PLA/PBC biodegradable film by a film-blowing extruder.The properties of PLA/PBC biodegradable film was investigated by material testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermo gravimetry(TG),enzyme degradation performance and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that the compatibility of the PLA/PBC biodegradable film was good.With the increasing of PBC content,the degradation of PLA/PBC biodegradable film improved gradually.The film had good thermal stability,and elongation at break of the film was 192.50%when the content of PBC was 30 phr.
