摘要
将丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行溶液自由基聚合,得到水性丙烯酸酯共聚物(WPA);同时采用丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)改性得到接枝改性氯化聚丙烯(MCPP);将二者进行复合制备复合涂层材料。考察了WPA中AA用量(AA质量占WPA合成中单体总质量的百分数,下同)对WPA乳液及WPA/MCPP复合乳液性能的影响,以及WPA与MCPP配比对乳液性能、涂层表面张力和附着力的影响。结果表明,AA用量为12%时WPA与MCPP复合后乳液性能最佳;随着WPA用量增多,乳液粒径减小,涂层表面张力提高,附着力稍有降低;WPA与MCPP摩尔比为3:7时,乳液粒径98 nm,表面张力47 mN/m,附着力为0级。
Waterborne polyacrylate(WPA) was obtained by copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA),butyl acrylate(BA),and methyl methacrylate(MMA) in solution.Modified chlorinated polypropylene(MCPP) was obtained by grafting AA and BA onto chlorinated polypropylene.Combining WPA and MCPP a compound coating was obtained.When the content of AA was 12%(basen on the mass of WPA),the property of emulsion was the optimal.The effects of ratio between WPA and MCPP on the emulsion properties,surface tension,and adhesion were also investigated.The particle size of the colloid decreased,the surface tension of the coating increased,the adhesion decreased slightly with increasing content of WPA.When m_(wpa):m_(MCPP)=3:7,the particle size was 98 nm,surface tension was 47 mN/m,adhesion was grade 0.
