航空层合定向PMMA疲劳断裂性能的频闪法研究

摘要 运用频闪法及数字图像相关法将动态过程转化为准静态过程,对带应力集中缺口的航空层合定向聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的疲劳断裂性能进行研究。分析得出,在应力集中区域,疲劳裂纹有沿倾斜方向开裂的趋势,而并非沿竖直方向开裂。对其实际破坏形式进行分析表明,裂纹实际扩展方向与根据频闪疲劳测试系统测试的应变场预测结果相符,进而验证了实验结果的准确性。 Stroboscopic and digital image correlation methods were combined to transform the dynamic processes to the static ones that were used for the fatigue study of the laminated directional PMMA.Through analyzing the experimental results,it was found that the fatigue crack extended along the declining direction in the stress concentration area rather than vertical direction.
