摘要
提出了一种基于泵自吸能力下降拐点的模糊协调控制方法,根据变量液压泵的最低转速设计了切换器。依据实际系统的特点,选用正态函数变换得到S型函数,采用误差论域点离散的方法来处理所选择的隶属函数,确定不同误差域控制器的作用强度。由于系统自身的参数和负载参数的不确定性,采用模糊控制的方法,解决模型不好建立的问题,取得了良好的动态特性。仿真和实验表明,此方法能够解决注塑机驱动系统出现的低速特性差的问题。
A fuzzy coordination control method was proposed based on pump self-priming ability decline inflection point.Pump switch was designed on the base of the minimum speed of the variable hydraulic pump.According to the actual characteristics of the system,S-type function was got by the choice of the transformation of normal function.To determine the role of the different error domain controller strength,error universe point discrete way was used to deal with the choice of the membership function.Due to the uncertainty of the system parameters and load parameters,fuzzy control method was used to overcome the difficulty in establishment of the model,better dynamic characteristics was obtained.Simulation and experiments show that this method can solve the problems of low-speed characteristics.
