摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备了镁铝水滑石(Mg∶Al=2∶1),研究了其焙烧产物(LDO)对生物染料孔雀石绿(MG)的吸附特征。分别考察了MG初始浓度、吸附剂投加量、初始pH值和反应温度等因素的影响,并用XRD、红外光谱对水滑石以及吸附前后的LDO进行了表征。实验结果表明:LDO对高浓度的MG具有良好的去除效果,在25℃、pH=3.85下,450 mg/L的LDO对浓度1000 mg/L的MG 120 min的去除率高达99%以上,吸附容量为558.55 mg/g。
The adsorption characteristics of calcined layered double hydroxides with a Mg to Al mole ratio of 2 ∶ 1(MgAl–LDO, layered double oxide) were investigated to remove of malachite green(MG). MG initial concentration, adsorbent dosage, initial pH and the reaction temperature were investigated. Hydrotalcite and LDO before and after adsorption were characterized by XRD, IR spectra. The results of adsorption experiments indicate that LDO has a significant ability to removal MG from the solution. The maximum equilibrium capacity Qe and removal rate of MG are 558.55 mg/g and 99% respectively at 25 ℃ when the solution pH was 3.85.
