液化石油气、城市煤气在倒焰燃气窑烧成应用中的比较

摘要 液化石油气和城市煤气在倒焰燃气窑陶瓷烧成应用中各有优缺点,液化石油气烧成操作简单,易于控制,但成本相对高;而城市煤气成本低,烧成操作时,由于发热量偏低,高温时需要的煤气多,产生的高温烟气压强过大,烟气易窜出窑外烧坏窑炉支撑钢架结构,另外,城市煤气为大众生活所用,在中午和傍晚时段用气量大增易造成窑炉烧成煤气压力不足,严重影响窑炉烧成和正常生产。经过实践,将上述两种燃料综合应用于该种窑炉取得了良好的效果。 Both LPG and city gas have their merits and demerits in of application of burning inInverse-flame GasKiln gas-kiln. LPG is easy to operate and control, but its cost is higher, city gas is low-cost, but its heat is low, when in high temperature, it needs so more gas, as to produces too heavy gas pressure, the smoke is easy to go out of kiln and burn out steel frame of kiln. In addition, because gas is widely used by people for life, it is often underpressure at noontime and nightfall, which serious influence burning and regular production. Through practice, putting these two kinds of fuels together in kiln produces good effects.
