热压烧结制备亚微米碳化钨材料

Consolidation of Binderless Sub-micron WC by Hot Pressing

摘要 采用亚微米WC粉末及热压烧结工艺,制备了大块无粘接剂WC硬质合金材料,并对材料的相对密度、维氏硬度、断裂韧性、相组成以及显微组织进行了分析.结果表明,在2000℃、28 MPa、30 min的烧结工艺下,可制备相对密度为97.9%,晶粒大小约为0.73μm,维氏硬度和断裂韧性分别为24.15±0.33 GPa和4.40±0.10 MPa·m1/2的大块WC材料. Bulk binderless sub-micron WC was prepared by hot pressing(HP), using sub-micron WC powder. The density, Vickers Hardness, fracture toughness, phase composition and microstructure were analyzed. The results showed that WC with a relative density of 97.9%, and a grain size of 0.73 μm was obtained after sintering at 2000 ℃ for 30min under a pressure of 28 MPa. The Vickers hardness and fracture toughness were 24.15±0.33 GPa and 4.40±0.10MPa·m1/2, respectively.
