摘要
以透锂长石、苏州高岭土、星子高岭土、滑石等为主要原料,制备了低温低成本透锂长石质耐热陶瓷材料,通过研究浆料的细度对注浆成型合格率的影响、透锂长石的含量及坯体的烧成温度对热膨胀系数的影响,得出最佳工艺参数为:浆料细度(250目筛余)0.2~0.6%,烧成温度1230℃,保温时间20~25 min。最佳坯料配方中透锂长石的含量小于40%,坯体热膨胀系数为σ室温~800℃=2.66×10-6/℃。
The heat-resistant petalite ceramics of low cost was prepared by using petalite,Suzhou kaolin,Xingzi kaolin and talc as raw materials. The effect of the fineness of petalite ceramic slurry on the qualified rate of slip casting was investigated, the effect of the petalite content and the firing temperature on thermal expansion coefficient were also studied.It was obtained that the optimum technological parameters was the fine of slurry to be 0.2 ~ 0.6%(250-screen mesh),the firing temperature was 1230 ℃ with 20 ~ 30 min soaking period.The optimum formula was the petalite content less than 40%,the thermal expansion coefficient of body was 2.66×10-6/℃(room temperature ~ 800℃).
