摘要
研究了不同分散条件,对碳化钛粉末在水介质中分散性的影响。利用物理法和化学法共同作用,通过激光粒度分析仪和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)来表征碳化钛粒度及粒度分布情况,沉降实验和Zeta电位仪对碳化钛悬浮液的稳定性进行验证。实验结果表明:在pH为9.5和分散剂(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、α-甲基丙烯酸(MA)质量分数各为1%)的共同作用下,碳化钛的分散效果最好,表明静电稳定和空间稳定能够有效地改善碳化钛粉末在水基体系的分散性。
The effect of different dispersing conditions on dispersion of TiC powders in aqueous solution was analyzed. Particle size and distribution of TiC was determined by Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and laser diffraction particle size analyzer. The stability of TiC suspension was characterized in terms of Zeta potential and sedimentation.The experiment results showed that the TiC suspension was satisfactorily dispersed with the dispersant(1wt% PVP and 1 wt% MA) at pH 9.5. The results showed that both electrostatic stabilization and steric stabilization were slso deduced to be the main mechanisms for well dispersion of the TiC powders in aqueous media.
