摘要 研究了不同pH值条件下,水基氧化铝/莫来石二元悬浮液的胶体稳定性。实验表明:在剪切速率(0~300s-1)范围内,当pH值在3.0~10.0区间内,氧化铝/莫来石二元悬浮液的粘度处于两种单一体系的粘度之间,所不同的是,pH处于6.0之前,氧化铝为分散相;pH在6.0之后,莫来石为分散相。pH大于10.0,两种分散相混合后,二元体系的粘度处于最低。此外,实验发现:当pH在3.0~6.0时,氧化铝和莫来石单一悬浮液带相反电荷(氧化铝zeta电位为正,莫来石zeta电位为负),按质量比1∶1混合后二元体系中没有发现强烈的絮凝现象。不同固含量和离子强度对上述趋势基本没有影响。 The colloidal stability of aqueous Al2O3/Mullite suspensions at different pH values was investigated. Experiments show that at shear rates of 0 to 300s-1, the viscosity of binary suspension was between two single system at pH3.0~10.0. The difference is that Al2O3 was dispersed as pH < 6.0 and Mullite was dispersed as pH > 6.0. At alkaline pH >10.0, the binary suspensions had lower viscosity than the unary suspensions. Furthermore, it was also found that at pH 3.0 ~ 6.0, Al2O3 and Mullite particles had opposite charges(the zeta potential of Al2O3:+, the zeta potential of Mullite:-),and binary suspensions with 1∶1 Mass ratio were well-dispersed instead of flocculated. The tendency shows little variations in various ionic strengths, particle diameters, and component fractions.
