碳化硅泡沫陶瓷过滤板的制备与性能研究

摘要 以碳化硅(SiC)粉为主要原料,采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备出高性能碳化硅泡沫陶瓷过滤板。研究了聚氨酯泡沫的孔数和预处理对样品容重、抗热震性和抗压强度的影响。采用万能试验机、综合热分析仪、X射线衍射仪等手段对样品性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,8 wt%氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液和2 wt%羧甲基纤维素(CMC)溶液共同预处理聚氨酯泡沫,且聚氨酯泡沫孔数为20 ppi时制备的样品性能最佳,其容重为0.331 g/cm3,抗热震性为18次,抗压强度为0.78 MPa。 SiC ceramic foam filter with high properties was prepared by the process of organic foam impregnation. The method employed SiC powders as raw material. The infulence of pore number and pretreatment of polyurethane foam on bulk density, thermal shock resistance and compressive strength of samples was studied. SiC ceramic foam filter was characterized by means of tensile testing machine, integrated thermal analyzers and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results indicated that the properties of as-prepared samples was best when polyurethane foam was pretreated by 8 wt% NaOH solution and 2 wt% CMC solution together and the pore number of polyurethane foam was 20 ppi. Samples were 0.331 g/cm3 in bulk density, 18 times in thermal shock resistance and 0.78 MPa in compressive strength.
