摘要
烧结陶瓷的隧道窑有3种重要工作参数—窑内温度、天然气流量和助燃空气流量,提出一种能实时采集、显示和存储以上参数的监测系统设计方案。系统主要由传感器节点、流量数据采集箱、主监控器、计算机监控终端及LED显示屏组成,子节点将测得的传感器信号传送至流量数据采集箱,主监控器通过RS485总线实时采集温度测量仪和流量数据采集箱的数据,通过LED屏显示隧道窑工作参数,并发送至计算机,由其进行统计、分析和存储。操作者可通过对比测得的各工作参数调节输送至窑内的天然气及助燃空气流量,以减少天然气使用量,降低生产成本,提高产品合格率,减少固体废弃物排放,达到节能减排之目的。
The ceramic tunnel kiln has three important parameters—the furnace temperature, the natural gas flow and the combustion-supporting air flow. We propose a monitoring system design scheme to collect, display and store the above parameters in real time. This system is mainly composed of the sensor nodes, the traffic data collection box, the main monitor, the computer monitor terminal and the LED display. The child nodes send the measured sensor signals to the traffic data collection box, the main monitor acquires the temperature measuring instruments and the traffic data collection box via RS485 bus in real time, and displays the tunnel kiln working parameters through the LED screen, and sends them to the computer, the data can be statistically analyzed and stored by the computer. The operator can adjust the natural gas and the combustion air flow to the furnace by comparing the measured parameters. It can reduce the gas consumption, decrease the production cost and improve the qualified rate of products, reduce the solid waste emissions, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
