摘要
采用熔盐法合成SrBi4Ti4O15铋层状粉体,放弃传统的以挥发性分散剂(丙酮、乙醇等)作为球磨介质的工艺,采用蒸馏水作为球磨分散剂。通过正交实验,研究了原料和蒸馏水、熔盐及润湿助剂木质磺酸素钠用量对球磨分散效率和SrBi4Ti4O15的结构、形貌的影响。研究结果表明:当原料和蒸馏水、熔盐及木质磺酸素钠的质量比=100∶80∶70∶0.8时,球磨分散效率较高。烧成温度在900℃时可制得片状结构明显的SrBi4Ti4O15粉体。
In this paper, strontium bismuth titanate was synthesis by the Molten Salt Method. Distilled water was used as millingdispersant in this process, to replace traditional volatile dispersant(acetone, ethanol). The effect of the distilled water, molten salt and wetting agent content on the microstructures and morphology of SrBi4Ti4O15 ceramics and ball mill dispersing efficiency are analyzed by an orthogonal experimental method. Results indicated that platedlike SrBi4Ti4O15 powders can be synthesized at 900 ℃ when the molar ratio of raw materials, distilled water, molten saltand wetting agent(Sodium lignosulphonate) was 100∶80∶70∶0.8.
