摘要
以碳化硅为主要原料,二氧化硅、α-氧化铝、煅烧高岭土、莫来石为结合剂,糊精等为添加剂,试样采用凝胶注模法成型,制备了氧化物结合碳化硅窑具材料试样,用SEM对试样的断面形貌进行对比分析,探讨了结合剂的加入量对试样显微结构的和抗折强度的影响。
The oxide-bonded SiC multiphase material of kiln furniture was prepared by using gel-casting technique and the SiC as raw material, adding the quartz, α-alumina, calcined kaolin, mullite as binder, using the dextrin etc as additive. Thefracture surface morphology of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The effect of microstructure and flexural strength of the samples between the adding amount of oxide binder were studied.
