摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法和滴液技术在釉面陶瓷表面制备TiO2薄膜和La3+掺杂TiO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构和表面形貌进行表征;通过对紫外灯照射下薄膜表面水滴的接触角变化来评价其亲水性能;研究不同La3+掺杂浓度和热处理温度对TiO2薄膜微结构及亲水性能的影响,并对其亲水性能的影响机制进行探讨。实验结果表明:适量La3+掺杂能抑制TiO2由锐钛矿向金红石的转变,细化晶粒,引起晶格膨胀,导致晶格畸变,有效地提高TiO2薄膜的亲水性能;La3+掺杂量为0.5%时,镀膜层数为5层的TiO2薄膜在550℃热处理2 h后,表面均匀,具有最佳的亲水性,水接触角在紫外光照射60 min后接近0°。
The La3+-doped TiO2 thin films on ceramic surface were prepared by sol-method and dropping sol technique. The structure and morphology of TiO2 thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin films under UV light irradiation was evaluated by measuring water contact angle. The influence of variant doping amount of lanthanum and annealing temperature on the hydrophilicity of La3+-doped TiO2 thin films were studied, and the hydrophilic mechanism of La3+-doped TiO2 thin films was analyzed. The results show that La3+ doping will restrain the transform of anatase structure to rutile structure, and cause the crystal expansion, refinement and the crystal lattice distortion. The TiO2 thin film doped with 0.5% La3+ annealed at 550 ℃ for 2 h show the best hydrophilicity, which is close to 0° after irradiated by UV light for 60 min.
