烧结温度对BNNTs/B_4C陶瓷复合材料显微结构与力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以碳化硼(B4C)粉、硼(B)粉和氮化硼纳米管(BNNTs)为原料,采用热压烧结工艺,制备出高性能BNNTs/B4C陶瓷复合材料。研究了烧结温度对BNNTs/B4C陶瓷复合材料显微结构与力学性能的影响。采用硬度计、万能试验机、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等手段对样品性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,在最佳烧结温度2050℃,保温时间30 min,压力30 MPa时,BNNTs/B4C陶瓷复合材料的相对密度达到99.6%,力学性能最佳,维氏硬度、弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别为38.6 GPa、513.19 MPa、6.58 MPa·m1/2。 The hot-pressed BNNTs/B4 C ceramic composites with high properties were prepared with B4 C powder, B powder and BNNTs as raw materials. The effect of the sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of BNNTs/B4 C ceramic composites was studied. The samples were characterized by means of hardness tester, universal testing machine, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that BNNTs/B4 C ceramic composites with 99.6% relative density and best mechanical properties were achieved when the sintering temperature, holding time and pressure was 2050 ℃,30 min,30 MPa, respectively. The vickers hardness, bending strength and fracture toughness of the composites were 38.6 GPa, 513.19 MPa, 6.58 MPa·m1/2, respectively.
