摘要
研究MgO单一添加剂,Fe2O3和MgO复合添加剂对钛酸铝显微组织和性能的影响,利用淀粉为造孔剂制备了Fe2O3和MgO复合添加剂稳定的钛酸铝多孔陶瓷,通过SEM观察样品的微观结构,XRD分析了不同温度下合成样品的晶相,压汞法测试了样品的孔径大小、孔径分部和孔隙率,热膨胀仪测试样品的热膨胀行为。结果表明:添加Fe2O3和MgO复合添加剂的钛酸铝稳定性好,经过1100℃-30 h-90 h-30 h循环老化处理,钛酸铝无分解,孔隙率随着淀粉含量的增加而增加,淀粉含量25%、35%和45%样品的孔隙率和中径尺寸分别为24.65%,38.48%,53.17%和7.55μm,7.44μm,8.73μm。
In this work, microstructure and properties of aluminum titanate ceramics containing different types of thermal stabilizers(Fe2O3,MgO) were studied. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and dilatometer were used to characterize the effect of thermal stabilizers(Fe2O3, MgO) on phase evolutions, sintering, microstructure, thermal expansion coefficient(TEC) and decomposition of aluminum titanate. Finally, the influence of starch content on the porosity and pore size distribution, analyzed by Hg porosimetry, of porous aluminum titanate ceramics materials was investigated. The results showed that aluminium titanate with Fe2O3 and MgO stabilized exhibit good thermal stability. Porosity increased with the increasing of the pore forming agent content. The samples showing open porosities between 24.65% and 53.17%, depending on the starch content.
