全球及我国含锂陶瓷釉料专利状况分析

Analysis in Global and Chinese Patent Application for Lithium-Containing Ceramic Glaze

自从1997年四川天齐公司将澳洲锂辉石引进中国以来,锂在陶瓷釉料中已达到广泛应用。为了导航含锂陶瓷釉料技术创新,使该领域研究者缩短研发周期,减少研发成本,并为企业战略定位提供支撑以及为企业的市场开发护航,本文通过对全球及我国含锂陶瓷釉料的专利状况进行分析,找出含锂陶瓷釉料技术发展趋势、主要国家分布、重点技术领域及重点技术、主要申请人和发明人;并对我国含锂陶瓷釉料知识产权保护中存在的问题进行分析,提出解决办法。

Since 1997 Australian spodumene has been imported by Sichuan Tianqi Industry Co.,Ltd., lithium has been widely applied in ceramic glaze. In order to direct innovations of lithium-containing ceramic glaze, to shorten research period, to reduce research cost, to support enterprise strategy and to protect marketing, technical innovation trending, main innovation countries, key application fields and innovations, main assignees and inventors were discussed by analyzing global and Chinese patent applications of lithium-containing ceramic glaze. Problems about Chinese intellectual property right of lithium-containing ceramic glaze were also discussed and relative solutions were proposed in the paper.
