摘要
采用烧结法制备了云母-透辉石微晶玻璃。利用差热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析测试方法进行晶相分析和显微结构分析。采用正交实验的方法讨论了热处理因素对微晶玻璃抗弯强度的影响,并确定了各因素对抗弯强度影响的大小:核化温度>晶化时间>晶化温度>核化时间。最佳热处理制度为450℃核化1 h,1000℃晶化3 h,其抗弯强度为162 MPa。
Mica-diopside glass-ceramics were prepared via sintering method. The crystallization and microstructure of mica-diopside glass-ceramics were studied by DSC、XRD and SEM. The effect of the heat treatment process on the bending strength properties of the glass-ceramics were discussed by means o f orthogonal testing method. The size of the impact for the effect of the parameters of the heat treatment process on bending strength properties was nucleation temperature>crystallization temperature>crystallization time>nucleation time. Obtain the optimal heat treatment system: the nucleation temperature is 450 ℃, the nucleation time is 1 hour, the crystallization temperature is 1000 ℃, the crystallization time is 3 hours, the bending strength is 162 MPa.
