SHS金属板件陶瓷涂层的研究进展

摘要 自蔓延高温合成法是制备复合材料的新方法,该方法制备的金属板件陶瓷涂层具备优异的机械性能。概述了自蔓延高温合成技术制备金属板件陶瓷涂层的基本原理,综述了三种以SHS为基础的金属板件陶瓷涂层的制备方法,并对SHS金属板件陶瓷涂层的发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。 Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)is a new way of composite preparation. The mechanical property of ceramic coating fabricated on metal sheet by SHS is excellent. The basic principle of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis was summarized. Three preparation methods based on self-propagating high-temperature synthesis on fabricating surface coating of metal sheet were reviewed. The developing trend and prospect of the surface coating fabricated on metal sheet by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis were expected.
