摘要
瓷砖表面平整度检测是国内瓷砖行业质量检测的重要环节之一,对此提出了一种基于相位测量轮廓术(PMP)的瓷砖表面平整度非接触式无损检测方法。通过利用相位测量轮廓系统对瓷砖表面进行数据采集、平面拟合、数据分析等处理后得到精确的瓷砖表面平整度参数。该方法具有系统装置结构和系统原理简单,检测效率和精度较高,可以进行多个瓷砖同时检测等优点。从实验结果来看,基于相位测量轮廓术的瓷砖表面平整度检测方法是一种有效、实用可以满足我国陶瓷生产需求的检测新方法。
Tile surface flatness detection is an important part of the domestic ceramic tile industry quality testing. A method of tile surface planeness detection based on phase-measurement-profilometry(PMP) is presented. The accurate planeness parameters of tile surface can be obtained by using the phase contour measurement system to acquire and process the tile surface data. The system device structure and principle of the method is simple, high-efficiency and accurate and can also be used to detect multiple tiles at the same time, and it is an effective and practical method of the detection for ceramic production.
