利用含铬废料研制坯体黑

Research on Body-black Utilizing Chromium Contained Waste

采用对比法,以抛光陶瓷地板砖上层面料为坯料,通过调整含铬废料的加入量和加工方式,成功研制出了坯体用黑色料,将产品在抛光陶瓷地板砖坯料中引用2%进行检测,结果表明用含铬废料替代部分工业三氧化二铬生产的坯体用黑色料与原来的技术配方进行对比,发色效果良好,大大降低了配方成本,经济效益和社会效益显著。

Using top surface material of polished ceramic floor tile as blank, by adjusting the dose and manufacturing method of chromium contained wastes, successfully developed body-black pigment. By adding 2% of product and test in polished ceramic floor tile blank, the performance was compared with industrial di-chromium tri-oxide bodyblack pigment. Result indicating a better coloring performance and formula cost, which has a positive impact on both economic and social benefit.
