摘要 垃圾焚烧飞灰高温熔融处理能彻底分解飞灰中二恶英,若将熔渣进一步制备成微晶玻璃可实现其高附加值利用,并有效降低飞灰熔融处理成本。介绍了国内外有关垃圾焚烧飞灰熔渣制备微晶玻璃的研究进展,着重阐述了熔渣制备微晶玻璃过程中辅料的添加、飞灰水洗预处理、热处理工艺及粉末粒度等对微晶玻璃产品性能的影响。 The melting treatment of the incineration fly ash can decompose dioxins in fly ash completely by high temperature. Reusing of the molten slag by transforming it into glass-ceramics can increase the added value and reduce the cost of the melting treatment. Progress of fabricating glass-ceramics from incinerator fly ash at home and abroad was introduced in this paper. The effects of additives, water washing pre-treatment, heat treatment condition and powder granularity on the microstructure, physical and mechanical properties of the glass ceramics were respectively presented.
