摘要
景德镇传统瓷业集群经历了一个长达数百年的形成、鼎盛到衰落的演进过程。在衰落之前,景德镇传统瓷业集群有着复杂而精细的分工与治理结构。清中期以后景德镇传统瓷业集群治理结构中弱化竞争与降低技术人员地位的局限性日益突出,对产业和技术的进一步发展产生了越来越严重的阻碍作用,在欧洲识别出高岭土的成份之后很快就被其超越。
The traditional porcelain industry cluster in Jingdezhen had hundreds years process of initiating,great prosperity and declining. It had complicated and meticulous structure of specialized industries and organizations. Tts governance structure had the shortcoming of weakening the competition between the firms, descending the status of labors and being stunted in the stage of manual workshop.
