弋阳大源岭一级瓷石理化性能分析和成瓷配方试验研究

摘要 采用XRD、SEM、DTA-TG等测试手段对弋阳大源岭一级瓷石的化学组成、物相组成以及微观形貌等进行了分析,并以该瓷石、龙岩高岭土、修水长石、星子石英等为主要原料,研制了1330℃还原气氛烧成的高档日用瓷配方,对坯体性能及成瓷制品性能进行了检测分析。结果表明,该瓷石以石英和绢云母为主要晶相,具有一定可塑性;Al2O3含量低且Fe2O3+K2O+Na2O含量高,生成的液相含量高而莫来石含量低。该瓷石在坯体配方中的比例以20~30%为宜,尤以20%最佳,成瓷产品白度高、光泽度好、变形小,主要性能达到国家标准日用瓷器优等品的指标,可满足高档日用瓷生产的要求。 The chemical compositions, crystalline phases and microstructures of the cornish stones from Yiyang Dayuanling were analyzed by XRD, SEM and DTA-TG. The cornish stones, Longyan kaolin, Xiushui feldspar and Xingzi quartz were used as raw materials to prepare boutique domestic porcelains sintered at 1330 ℃ in reducing atmosphere, and the properties of the as-prepared bodies and the fired porcelains were studied. The results showed that the main crystalline phases of the cornish stones with low plasticity were quartz and sericite. The cornish stones are of high content of Fe2O3+K2O+Na2O and lower content of Al2O3, which causes forming more liquid and less mullite crystals during the process of firing. The proper content of the cornish stones for preparing the domestic porcelains should be 20 ~ 30 wt%. The as-obtained porcelains with high whiteness, glossiness and little deformation meet the national standards of superior domestic porcelains and the demands of production.
