摘要
喷墨打印技术在陶瓷装饰中的快速发展迫切需求粒径小、粒径分布窄的陶瓷色料。本文以硝酸盐和甘氨酸为原料,采用燃烧法制备了Co Al2O4蓝色色料。分析了硝酸盐/甘氨酸比例、煅烧温度和有机牺牲剂的种类对所得色料粒径的影响。实验结果显示,Co Al2O4蓝色色料的粒径随着硝酸盐/甘氨酸比例的减少和煅烧温度的增加而减少。但是,煅烧温度的增加导致粉体粒径分布变宽。添加有机牺牲剂可有效减少色料的粒径,所制备色料的粒径取决于有机牺牲剂的粒径。
The fast-developing ink-jet printing technology has the urgent demands of the fine ceramic pigment with narrow particles size distribution. In the present work, blue Co Al2O4 pigment was prepared by nitrite-glycine method. The effects of nitrite/glycine ratio, calcinated temperature and the kind of organic sacrificial agent on the particle size distribution of the pigment were studied. The results show that the particle size of the pigment decreases with the decrease of the nitrite/glycine ratio and the increase of the calcinated temperature. However, the increase of the calcinated temperature results in the broadening of the particle size distribution of the pigment. The addition of the organic sacrificial agent contributes to decrease the particle size of the pigment. The particle size of the pigment depends on the particle size of the organic sacrificial agent.
