摘要
放电等离子烧结技术制备了钨丝掺杂碳化硅(Si C-W)和Si C材料。分离式霍普金森压杆系统对Si C-W和Si C进行高速冲击力学性能试验。实验表明,高速冲击下Si C-W产生5%的应变,最大强度到达1000 MPa。并通过扫描电子显微镜对Si C-W高速冲击后的断口组织进行了观察。
The SiC-W composite material is prepared with SPS. The mechanical performance under high-speed impact with SHPB performed on SiC and SiC material shows that 5% strain generated when high-speed impacted, the strength in most come up to 1000 MPa. The micro-structure on fracture with high-speed impacted is investigated through SEM.
