摘要
以烧滑石、长石、粘土为原料,制备镁质瓷;通过添加少量碳酸钡探讨其对镁质瓷性能的影响。利用X-衍射仪、扫描电镜对试样表征,测试试样的吸水率及抗折强度。结果表明:所制备试样烧成温度范围在1180~1260℃、吸水率小于0.5%,随着烧成温度的提高试样的强度也相应增加;碳酸钡的添加使试样的抗折强度提高。
In this paper magnesia porcelain was prepared with burnt talc、felspar and clay as materials. Effect of barium titanate as additive on samples properties were explored. Prepared sample were characterized with XRD、SEM, and its flexural strength、water absorption were tested. The results showed that burnt range of the samples was 1180~ 1260 ℃ with water absorption less than 0.5%, flexural strength of the samples were increased with the lifting of firing temperature, as well as the addition of barium titanate.
