浓度对WO_3薄膜结构及光致变色性能的影响

Affect of Sodium Tungstate Concentration on the Structure and Photochromic Properties of WO_3 Thin Films

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了WO3光致变色薄膜,主要探讨钨酸钠浓度对薄膜结构及性能的影响,运用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis-DRS及全自动色差计对氧化钨薄膜的结构及性能进行表征。实验表明:钨酸钠浓度为0.15 mol/L时,晶粒尺寸约为36 nm,结晶度较高,薄膜致密,颗粒分布均匀,色差值为1.945,光致变色性能最优。 Photochromic WO3 thin films were prepared via sol-gel dip-coating method. The effects of Sodium tungstate concentration on the microstructure and properties of WO3 thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy. The results show that when Sodium tungstate concentration was 0.15 mol/L, the crystal size is about 36 nm; the particles are plumpness; Its chromatism value also reaches its maximum value of 1.945. thus resulting in its high photochromic properties.
