一次合成法合成Fe-Cr-Mn系黑色氧化铝陶瓷及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以α-Al2O3为主要原料,采用一次合成法制备了黑色氧化铝陶瓷。通过X射线衍射图谱对样品进行物相分析,通过样品的体积密度、吸水率、体积电阻率和弯曲强度,对实验配方进行优化。实验结果表明:黑色氧化铝陶瓷的最佳配方(质量分数)为:Al2O3 85%,Fe2O3 1.5%,Cr2O3 2.5%,Mn O2 3%,Ti O2 4%,Si O2 3%和Mg O 1%。在1450℃下样品着色效果好,力学性能优良。晶相为α-Al2O3和少量尖晶石,体积密度为3.64 g/cm3,吸水率为0.57%,体积电阻率为1.6×1013Ω·cm,抗折强度为237.24 MPa。 Using α-Al2O3 as the main material, black alumina ceramic is prepared, by one-step synthesis. Phase analysis is carried out by the x-ray diffraction(XRD). In order to optimize experiment ideas, the volume density, water absorption, volume resistivity and flexural strength of the black alumina ceramic are tested. The results show that the optimum formula of black alumina ceramic is obtained: α-Al2O3 85 wt.%, Fe2O3 1.5 wt.%, Cr2O3 2.5 wt.%, Mn O2 3 wt.%, Ti O2 4 wt.%, Si O2 3 wt.% and Mg O 1 wt.%. At 1450 ℃,the black alumina ceramic is optimal in mechanical properties and coloring effect, with the main phase of α-Al2O3 and little spinel, volume density of 3.64 g/cm3, water absorption of 0.57%, volume resistivity of 1.6×1013 Ω·cm and the flexural strength of 237.24 MPa.
