摘要
用溶剂热方法,在乙醇和乙二醇的混合溶剂中,150℃反应24 h,成功合成了Y1.2F3∶Yb0.183+/Er0.013+晶体(JCPDS#74-0911)。且不同表面活性剂(CTAB)添加量制备了不同形貌和尺寸的YF3晶体。用SEM、IR对产物的形貌和官能团进行了表征。室温下以980 nm为激发光源,合成的晶体有强的上传换发光,发射峰的位置为550 nm、660 nm、835 nm,对应着Er3+离子的4S3/2→4I15/2、4F9/2→4I15/2、4S3/2→4I13/2能级跃迁。实验得出,CTAB的加入及加入量均对YF3晶体形貌、尺寸和荧光性质产生影响,并对上转换发光机理进行了讨论。
The Y1.2F3∶ Yb0.183+/Er0.013+ crystals(JCPDS 74-0911) were prepared at 150 ℃ for 24 h in the mixed solvents of ethanol and glycol. Moreover, the YF3 crystals with different morphologies and sizes were prepared by different proper additives of surfactant(CTAB). The morphologies and functional group of products were characterized by SEM and IR. Under 980 nm excitation, the prepared crystals emit strong upconversion luminescence, the emission peaks located at 550 nm, 660 nm, 835 nm in according with 4S3/2→ 4I15/2, 4S3/2→ 4I15/2,4S3/2→ 4I13/2 transitions of Er3+ ions. Moreover, the experiment results that the mix and the amounts of CTAB completely affect the morphology, size and fluorescent properties of YF3 crystals. And the mechanism of upconversion luminescence is discussed.
