摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La-Ce共掺杂的纳米Ti O2粉体并进行了DTA-TG、XRD表征。使用26 W照明用节能灯为光源,以罗丹明B为模拟污染物,考察了催化剂组成及热处理温度对光催化性能的影响,对粉体的晶型和光催化性能之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:La-Ce共掺杂能明显提高纳米Ti O2粉体在节能灯照射下的光催化活性。粉体的最佳组成为La0.075Ce0.15/Ti O2,最佳热处理温度为600℃。当罗丹明B起始浓度为10 mg/L,反应液p H值6.0,催化剂加入量5 g/L时,6 h的降解率可达96.3%。
In this present work, La-Ce co-doped Ti O2 nanoparticles were synthesized via sol-gel process and characterized by DTA-TG and XRD. Their performance of photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B under energy saving light was investigated. La-Ce co-doped Ti O2 appeared to be somewhat more efficient than the starting Ti O2. The effects of catalyst composition and calcination temperature on their photocatalytic activity towards Rhodamine B were studied and discussed. Experiment results depicted that activeness of catalyst La0.075Ce0.15/Ti O2 was highest and the optimum calcination temperature was 600 ℃. When the initial concentration of Rhodamine B was 10 mg/L, p H of the solution was 6.0 and catalyst concentration was 5 g/L the degradation rate of Rhodamine B in 6 h could reach 96.3%.
