摘要
采用固相反应制备(Bi2-xWx)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7陶瓷。研究W6+替代Bi3+对铋锌铌基陶瓷烧结特性、相结构及介电性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂BZN烧结温度略有降低;样品相结构保持单一的单斜焦绿石相,其相结构向高角方向移动;随着W6+替代量的增加,介质材料的介电常数、介电损耗及温度系数都有所变化;当x=0.2时,样品的性能最优,εr=95.39、tanδ=3.89×10-3,αc=228.7×10-6。
(Bi2-xWx)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 ceramics were prepared by a solid phase reaction method, The effects of substitution W6+ for Bi3+ on the sintering properties and dielectric properties of Bismuth zinc niobate based ceramics were investigated. The results reveal that W-doping can decrease the sintering temperature slightly and the samples have single monoclinal pyrochlore phase by XRD, The phase structure of the sample moves to high angle direction, The dielectric constant, dielectric loss and the temperature coefficient of the sample are various with the change of W6+substitution, The(Bi2-xWx)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 ceramics with x=0.2 addition possesses the best dielectric properties:εr=95.39, tgδ=3.89×10-3,αc =228.7×10-6。
