摘要
异晶包裹型硫硒化镉-硅酸锆高温大红色料(CdSxSe1-x@ZrSiO4)以其鲜艳的色调、优良的耐温性与较强着色力等特性,在无机高温色料行业一直扮演着重要角色。本文综述了CdSxSe1-x@ZrSiO4大红色料在国内外的研究现状与进展,以及前人对该系列色料包裹机理的探究,阐述了该类色料在生产应用中存在的制备温度高、色剂包裹率低、呈色多变与生产工艺复杂难控等问题,在此基础上提出了相应解决途径,以期为大红色料及其他锆基色料的研究与生产应用提供借鉴。
The CdSxSe1-x@ ZrSiO4 red pigments, as series of excellent heterogeneous crystalline stains applied in ceramic and glass industries, have demonstrated irreplaceable roles for their excellent properties such as pure brilliant hues, marvelous thermostability and strong tinting capability. This overview has reviewed the encapsulation mechanism and researches and development in and out of China about these particular Cd SxSe1-x@Zr Si O4 pigments, and also exhibits their inherent disadvantages such as high synthesis temperature, uncontrollable hue mutability, low encapsulation coefficient and complicated production procedures etc. Resolutions to these issues are correspondingly proposed for subsequent further investigations and pigment manufacturing.
