铝合金表面制备TiO_2薄膜及其性能

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯、聚乙二醇、乙酰丙酮、三乙醇胺等为实验原料,利用自制的浸渍提拉装置在铝合金基底上制备TiO2薄膜。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征TiO2薄膜的结构和形貌,以甲基橙溶液的光催化降解为反应模型,评价了TiO2薄膜的光催化活性。结果表明,采用三乙醇胺和乙酰丙酮制备的TiO2薄膜均为锐钛矿相;较三乙醇胺相比,乙酰丙酮做水解抑制剂制备的TiO2薄膜形貌平整,表面龟裂少,结构致密,样品的光催化效果好。 By using butyl titanate, triethanolamine,acetylacetone, polyethylene glycol as row materials, the Ti O2 thinfilms were prepared on the substrate of aluminium alloy by sol-gel method in this paper. The phase structure and distribution of the Ti O2 films were analyzed by XRD. The microstructure of the Ti O2 films was characterized by SEM. The photocatalytic properties of the Ti O2 film was evaluated by decreasing the concentration of methyl orange solution. The results showed that the structure of Ti O2 films are anatase phase by using different Complexant, the film made by acetylacetone is better not only in surface morphology but also in photocatalytic properties than that made by triethanolamine.
