摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法在不锈钢基体表面上制备SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2复合涂层,并讨论了膜的形成原理和溶胶凝胶涂层的制备过程。在本实验中,通过分步水解法制备复合溶胶,用旋涂仪进行涂层涂覆,其转速为2000 r/min。经过差热分析(DTA)、热失重分析(TG)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱(IR),以及扫描电镜(SEM)等相关设备对其结构和性能进行相关分析,涂层的抗腐性能则是通过电化学实验来进行讨论的。结果表明,800℃热处理后的SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2复合涂层的基片的抗腐蚀能力要比裸片大12个数量级。
In this paper, SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 composite coatings were deposited on stainless steel substrates by sol-gel method as so as the preparation process for sol-gel coating and principle of film formation are discussed. In this experiment, the coating is coated on the stainless steel by spin coating. And the speed of spin coater is 2000 r/min.The performance and structure of composite coating was analyzed by DTA, TG, FTIR, XRD, SEM and other related equipment. The resistant corrosion capacity of composite coating was discussed by electrochemical experiments.The result show that the corrosion resistance capacity of substrate which was coated with composite coating at sintered temperature of 800 ℃ was one or two orders of magnitude larger than the bare chip.
