摘要
采用高温熔融法制备Eu^(3+)掺杂SiO_2-NaF-Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3-ZrO_2系统玻璃,经热处理得到Eu^(3+):YAG玻璃陶瓷。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光度计对样品进行分析表征。结果表明,采用熔融温度1500℃,再经1300℃保温2h得到晶粒尺寸约为41.8rm的Eu^(3+):YAG玻璃陶瓷。同基础玻璃相比玻璃陶瓷中,~5D_0→~7F_2发射峰出现劈裂,~5D_0→~7F_2与~5D_0→~7F_1跃迁相对强度比值下降,说明Eu^(3+)进入YAG晶格。
Eu^(3+) doped SiO_2-NaF-Al_2O_3-Y_2O_3-ZrO_2 glass matrix were prepared by high temperature melting method at1500 ℃,and the Eu^(3+):YAG glass ceramics were prepared by heat treatment of the glass matrix.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fluorescence photometer are used to characterize the samples.The results show that Eu^(3+):YAG glass ceramics can be obtained by heat treating the glass matrix at 1300 ℃ for 2 h,and the crystal particles size are about 41.8 nm.Compared with the glass matrix,there are splits at the ~5D_0→~7F_2 emission peak of glass ceramics,relative intensities ratio of ~5D_2→~7F_2 /~5D_0→~7F_1 decrease,it proves that Eu^(3+) ions have entered into the crystal lattice of YAG.
