摘要
以长石、石英、高岭土、滑石等为主要原料,氧化钴为着色剂,抛光砖废料为发泡剂制备陶瓷马赛克用蓝白斑点釉。研究了抛光砖废料用量、烧成制度及釉层厚度等因素对釉面斑点效果的影响。结果表明:当着色剂的添加量为0.2%,抛光砖废料添加量为0.3%,底釉厚度0.4 mm、面釉厚度0.3 mm、烧成温度1240℃、保温时间20 min的条件下,可以获得艺术效果良好的蓝白斑点釉。
The spots(blue, white) glaze for the ceramic mosaic was prepared using feldspar, quartz, kaolin, talc, etc. as main raw materials, Co O as colorant and waste material from polished tile as foaming agent, respectively. The effects of the amount of foaming agent, firing system and the glaze layer thickness on the spots performances of glaze surface were studied. The results show that the spots(blue, white) glaze with better artistic effect may be obtained when Co O adding content 0.2%, foaming agent adding content 0.3%, bottom glaze thickness 0.4 mm, surface glaze thickness 0.3 mm and firing temperature 1240 ℃ for 20 min.
