摘要
采用超声波和TiO2光催化联合方法降解染料活性黑KN-B,研究了溶液初始浓度、反应时间、TiO2投加量、pH等对活性黑KN-B降解效果的影响,同时对比单一超声波、单一TiO2光催化、超声波和TiO2光催化联合降解作用。实验结果表明,当活性黑KN-B初始浓度为50 mg/L,TiO2用量为0.6 g/L,pH为5.6±0.5时,在超声波和紫外光照共同作用60 min后色度去除达到98.18%,超声波和TiO2光催化表现出协同作用。
Degradation of dye reactive black 5 by the combined method of ultrasonic and TiO2 photocatalysis.The paper studied the effect of the initial concentration,reaction time,TiO2 dosage and pH on the degradation of reactive black 5,contrasted the degradation among single ultrasonic,single TiO2 photocatalysis,ultrasonic and TiO2 photocatalysis combined at the time.The experimental results showed that the color removal reached 98.18% when reactive black 5 initial concentration of 50 mg/L,TiO2 dosage of 0.6 g/L,pH was 5.6±0.5,after the ultrasonic and ultraviolet light interaction 60 min,ultrasonic and TiO2 photocatalysis exhibited synergistic effect.
