家用陶瓷汤锅结构热力学有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 为探究家用陶瓷汤锅受热工作过程中破损、炸裂发生的原因,对常见的三种陶瓷汤锅进行热力学有限元分析。利用Pro/E进行锅体的三维实体建模。在400℃温度载荷条件下,进行基于ANSYS的结构有限元分析,得到温度场和热应力的分布。结果表明,陶瓷汤锅受热过程中会发生热应力聚集现象和部分形变。热应力聚集部位出现在锅体与底部过渡处、锅体颈部及放置锅盖的牙口部位。形变发生的部位出现在锅底底部中心和牙口部位。 Thermodynamics finite element method analysis on three kinds of household ceramics stockpots was done to explore why breakage and burst occurred in the process of being heated.Pro/E was used to establish the threedimensional solid model of the household ceramics stockpot.Based on ANSYS,the structural analysis of household ceramics stockpot was done via finite element method under the temperature load of 400 ℃ and the distribution of temperature field and thermal stress were achieved.The results indicated that the phenomenon of thermal stress accumulation and deformation occurred in the process of household ceramics stockpot being heated,which caused the breakage and burst.The accumulating parts of thermal stress are the transition of bottom and side wall,the neck of the pot,and where the pot lid placed.The deformation parts are the central position of the bottom and where the pot lid placed.
