陶瓷砖几何量尺寸检测新方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 依据国标GB/T 3810.2-2016规定进行的陶瓷砖误差参数的检测中,存在误差参数测量过程中试样需要人工多次转动才能完成全部参数评价的问题;同时,由于支撑点位置的规定,部分砖型非支撑端的悬垂因材料组分、生产批次等问题较难进行补偿而引入测量误差,难以对平整度参数进行准确评价,且易导致陶瓷砖失稳。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种陶瓷砖检测新方法,通过拟合平面方程、利用坐标法计算全参数实现了在无人工参与情况下多规格尺寸陶瓷砖形状以及平整度全部参数的测量;通过仿真求解最佳支撑点位,使得自重变形的引入误差最小。理论分析和实验结果均证明了该方法的有效性。 There is a problem that the sample should be multiple rotated artificially during the measurement of the error parameters of ceramic tiles according to the National Standard GB/T 3810.2-2016.At the same time,due to its provision for the positions of the supporting points,measurement error will be introduced because it is difficult to compensate the droops of ceramic tile’s unsupported ends with different material components and batches.Moreover,the provision can lead to instability of ceramic tile easily.How to evaluate the flatness parameters accurately becomes difficult.In order to solve the problems mentioned above,a new error parameter measurement method for ceramic tile is proposed.The parameters of shape and flatness of multi-size ceramic tiles are calculated by fitting plane equation with coordination method without manual intervention,and the error caused by gravity weight deformation is minimized by simulating the best positions of support points.Both theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
