介绍了2014版水性涂料环境标志标准修订的背景、依据和新增指标,预测了标准后期发展方向。此次标准修订重点将水性涂料的环境指标评价体系由建筑涂料扩大到工业涂料,并要求涂料生产企业增加了清洁生产国际先进水平的要求,同时增加了APEO的禁用要求,细化了建筑涂料中内墙涂料分类并加严了VOC限制指标。

TThis paper introduces the backgrounds,basis and newly-added indexes of the Environmental Labeling Standard of Waterborne Coatings,and predicts the development trends of the standards. Key points of the new edition are expanded,besides the architectural coatings,also including industrial coatings,and also demanding the enterprises to carry out cleaner production according to international advanced standard. The inhibition of AEPO,the detailing of architectural coatings classification and the more strict restriction of VOC are added.
