摘要
介绍气干性醇酸树脂水分散体涂料新近改性的两则实例。一是纳米CaCO3粒子和丙烯酸单体原位聚合成复合聚合物,以此和醇酸乳液共混,明显提高水分散体热稳定性等多种性能。而用相反转法制备纳米级苯乙烯化气干性醇酸树脂水分散体,得到耐盐雾超过500 h和综合性能优良的气干性醇酸树脂水分散体涂料是另一实例。
This paper introduces two new examples about the modification of air-dried watery alkyd coatings. One example is in-situ polymerization of CaCO3 nano-particles and acrylic monomer,mixed with alkyd emulsion. The thermo-stability and other properties of the obtained aqueous dispersion are obviously enhanced. Another example is nano-styrenated air-dried alkyd aqueous dispersion using phase inversion technique. The salt spray resistance is more than 500 h and overall properties of the obtained aqueous dispersion are encouraging.
