摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,通过在聚丙烯酸酯乳液中引入阳离子单体甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA),合成得到了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的纯丙乳液,考察了功能性单体DMAEMA的用量及添加方式对聚合稳定性的影响,以及对涂膜防渗色性、吸水率等的影响。确定了DMAEMA的合适添加量,并用该乳液配制成具防渗色功用的白底漆,涂于黑胡桃、松木、红樱桃等易渗色的底材上具有很好的抗油脂、防渗色的效果。
MMA-BA-DMAEMA pure acrylic emulsion was synthesized by introducing ionic monomer DMAEMA into polyacrylate emulsion and adopting semi-continuous seeding emulsion polymerization procedure. The influences of functional monomer DMAEMA dosage and adding methods on polymerization stability and film bleed resistance and water absorption rate etc. were investigated. The suitable dosage of DMAEMA was decided. The prepared emulsion was used in formulation of bleed resistance white primer. The white primer applied on black walnut,pine,red cherry substrates has good oil and grease resistance and bleed resistance.
