摘要
对水性裂纹漆的配方设计及其工艺应用方面进行了研究,探讨了其影响因素和发生机理。采用亲水性强的水性树脂制备双组分水性底漆,用快干、坚硬且疏水性强的丙烯酸树脂制备单组分水性面漆,组成水性裂纹漆产品组合,施工后可得到良好的裂纹装饰效果,且受环境温度和湿度的影响不大。
The formula design of waterborne crackle coatings and application procedure are studied and the influencing factors and mechanism are explored. The waterborne crackle coatings system is composed of two-component waterborne primer prepared by high hydrophilic waterborne resin and one-component waterborne topcoat prepared by fast dry,hard and hydrophobic acrylic resin. After application,the crackle decoration effects can be achieved with minor influence from temperature and humility.
