铁路专用集装箱的涂装工艺设计

Coating Process Design of Container on Railway

阐述了铁路物流箱与国际标准箱在结构、材货、使用条件等方面的区别。根据业主对涂层质量的要求及丰集货柜厂涂装流水线的特点、宝塔山集装箱涂料的性能等设计了集装箱的涂层配套和膜厚。着重对铁路物流箱涂层工艺中的钢板预处理、焊缝处理和预涂、喷漆等重点工艺的涂装技术条件进行了详细设计,并经实际检验取得了成功。

This paper states the difference on structure,materials and service conditions between railway container and international standard container. This paper also narrates the design of coating system and film thickness according to the following factors: owners' demand on qualities of coatings,coating application production line of Fengji container factory and performance of coatings of Baotashan container. Key procedures in coating process of railway container is well designed,such as steel panel pre-treatment,weld treatment,pre-coating and spraying and reached encouraging result.
