Through a lot of experiments, a waterborne paint was prepared, which was suitable for the titanium dioxide producers to carry out the water dispersivity test for the products. Then, the author put forward a new method for testing the water dispersivity and established the requirements for distinguishing titanium dioxide dispersivity and hiding power, which could effectively guide the titanium dioxide production enterprises to improve aqueous dispersivity of their products and to render the service to customers directly, quickly and high practicably.
