摘要
通过丙烯酸掺杂、选择适当的分散剂得到稳定的可简便应用于水性防腐涂料的聚苯胺水分散体。试验表明,经丙烯酸掺杂和分散剂处理的聚苯胺制备的聚苯胺水分散体保持了聚苯胺原有的电活性;在水性丙烯酸防锈涂料中加入一定量的聚苯胺水分散体能够显著提高水性丙烯酸防腐涂层的耐盐雾性能。
PANI waterborne dispersant was prepared by acrylic mixture and dispersant agents. The prepared dispersant can be used in preparing waterborne anticorrosive coatings. Test results showed the prepared dispersant reserved the electrical activity of PANI. When added into waterborne acrylic anti-rust coatings, salt spray resistance of the anticorrosion coatings was significantly improved.
