摘要
以自制的有机硅低聚物、有机膦酸、环氧树脂合成无溶剂环氧聚硅氧烷树脂,探讨了3种材料在合成树脂中所占比例对树脂成膜性能的影响。结果表明:有机硅低聚物加入量为40%~80%(质量分数)、环氧树脂加入量为10%~60%(质量分数)、有机膦酸加入量为0.5%~5%(质量分数)比较合适;以环氧聚硅氧烷树脂为成膜物质,复配颜填料和助剂制备的压载舱涂料具有无溶剂、单组分、固化快、防腐寿命长的特点,经盐雾试验、阴极剥离性能试验和冷凝舱试验,其涂层综合性能符合PSPC标准的要求。
By self-prepared organic silicon oligomer and organic phosphonic acid and epoxy resin, solvent-free epoxypolysiloxane resin was prepared. The influences of the proportions of the raw materials in synthesizing resin on the properties of resin film forming were discussed. Test results indicated when the amount of organic silicon oligomer from 40% to 80%, the content of epoxy resin from 10% to 60%, the content of organic phosphonic acid from 0.5% to 5%, the film performance showed good properties. The ballast tank coatings were prepared by epoxy-polysiloxane resin, composite pigments, fillers and additives. The prepared coatings were solvent-free, one-component, fast curing, and long corrosion protection. After salt spray test, resistance to cathodic disbonding of coatings test and condensation chamber test, it showed that the comprehensive performance of the epoxy-polysiloxane ballast tank coatings could meet technical requirements of PSPC.
