片层状颜料对醇溶性鳞片富锌底漆性能的影响

Effects of Lamellar Pigments on the Property of the Alcohol Soluble Flaky Zinc Rich Primer

采用正硅酸乙酯为成膜物质,鳞片状锌粉为防锈颜料,制备了醇溶性鳞片富锌底漆。在配方中通过添加不同类型的片层状颜料,考察其对该型富锌底漆涂层性能的影响。

Using tetraethyl orthosilicate as the film forming substance, flake zinc powder as the anti-rust pigments, the alcohol soluble flaky zinc rich primer was prepared. By adding different types of lamellar pigments into the formula, their effects on the performances of the zinc rich primer film were observed.
